Greet and assist customers on the showroom and sales lot, present vehicle features and options, build rapport, perform demonstrations, overcome objections, close sales per company standards, and report to the Sales Manager.

Lead and coach a dealership sales team: hire, train, mentor sales associates; manage inventory, showroom and online activity via CRM/DMS; monitor reconditioning; ensure high customer satisfaction.

Greet visitors and answer multi-line phones, route callers and visitors to appropriate departments, perform data entry and administrative tasks, assist departments with projects, and provide professional customer service including handling frustrated customers and problem solving.
