· Selecting, hiring, training and developing Sales Associates

· Managing vehicle inventory

· Managing showroom and online activity via CRM and other tools

· Training Salespeople on effective processes and products

· Managing high Customer Satisfaction Index scores

· Monitor the reconditioning process.

· Mentoring and coaching our sales staff to be highly successful

Job Requirements:

· Valid driver's license with good driving history.

· Automotive sales management experience.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Supervisory experience.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Knowledge of DMS and CRM software.

· Excellent Computer skills.
