Honda of Chantilly is hiring an Internet Sales Manager to help us turn online leads into real results. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Sales Managers and lead a team that thrives on collaboration and success. Responsibilities

 Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
 Manage business development representatives for internet lead generation process
 Handle all incoming internet opportunities
 Be available to respond to all inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
 Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection 
 Create, maintain and measure the internet business development processes
 

Qualifications

 Prior sales + Leadership experience
 Drive to meet, and exceed, sales quotas and goals
 Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and dealership personnel
 Self-motivated with a positive attitude
 Professional appearance and demeanor
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Commitment to ensuring high customer satisfaction
 Fluency in English and Spanish highly preferred
