The Account Executive will prospect mortgage brokers, build and maintain broker relationships, manage CRM and sales pipelines, train partners on lending products and guidelines, support pre-underwriting and pre-qualification, and provide ongoing loan-process service. The role requires outbound sales activity, mortgage industry knowledge, reporting, and production-focused performance. Compensation includes a monthly draw against uncapped commissions, with additional bonuses.

Reviews and quality-checks mortgage trailing documents after closing, resolves documentation discrepancies, maintains organized electronic loan files, responds to investor requests, and collaborates with accounting and servicing teams to improve post-closing processes.

Serve as primary liaison for brokers, account executives, and underwriters to manage loan files from submission to closing. Oversee condition submissions, sign off on delegated conditions, monitor file flow, maintain LOS records, ensure compliance with investor and federal guidelines, resolve documentation issues, and provide high-touch customer service to drive timely, accurate loan closings.

Manage a team of Account Executives, collaborate with operations for loan processing, recruit and train staff, and maintain mortgage guideline knowledge.

Operate day-to-day security operations in a cloud-first environment: monitor and triage SIEM alerts, perform incident response, build detection rules, manage vulnerability remediation, run penetration testing programs, manage email security and phishing simulations, support DLP and access reviews, produce leadership reports, maintain documentation, and support audits and regulatory requests.

Leads accounting and tax operations, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and accounting system improvements. Oversees GAAP compliance, mortgage banking accounting, financial analysis, reporting metrics, risk assessment, and process development while managing and mentoring accounting staff. Partners with auditors, tax professionals, and company leadership to support financial goals and ensure accurate, timely financial information.

Support loan-level and general accounting for mortgage originations, servicing, and loan sales. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, interest accruals, and gain-on-sale accounting. Analyze large loan datasets in Excel, support month-end and quarter close, prepare audit workpapers, and assist with SOX implementation and close automation tools like FloQast.

Create brand-consistent marketing collateral and digital content (social posts, flyers, emails, presentations, videos). Support social media scheduling and monitoring, maintain content calendar, update materials, coordinate campaigns and events, liaise with internal teams and vendors, perform market research, and provide administrative project support to ensure timely, accurate marketing deliverables.
