The role requires mortgage and sales experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a production-driven environment.

Develop and manage mortgage broker relationships through outbound prospecting, CRM tracking, pipeline reporting, product training, and ongoing loan-process support. The Account Executive helps brokers understand HomeXpress products and guidelines, pre-qualifies files, supports marketing programs, monitors underwriting changes, and drives funded-loan volume through service and sales activity.

Reviews and quality-checks mortgage trailing documents after closing, resolves documentation discrepancies, maintains organized electronic loan files, responds to investor requests, and collaborates with accounting and servicing teams to improve post-closing processes.
