Process semi-monthly payroll using Workday and timekeeping systems; audit salary changes, retro pay, absences, deductions, wage attachments, and terminations. Maintain payroll records and reporting, support audits, complete employment and unemployment verifications, and submit required government reports. Provide confidential employee support while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across multiple companies.

Develop blended learning solutions across e-learning, video, virtual and instructor-led training, microlearning, job aids, and performance support. Create compliance and HR training, maintain Workday Learning content, facilitate pilots and virtual sessions, evaluate learning effectiveness, and collaborate with subject matter experts, Legal, Audit, and Compliance. The role also manages learning campaigns, supports onboarding, applies instructional design models and accessibility standards, and keeps learning technologies and content current.

Manages the full lifecycle of vendor contracts, including drafting, negotiation, amendments, renewals, terminations, compliance, reporting, and risk interpretation. Partners with business units, legal, risk, finance, and vendors to ensure contract terms protect the Bank, service levels are met, and vendor costs and performance are effectively managed. The role is onsite and requires 10–20% travel.

Monitors and investigates security alerts, performs first-level incident triage and intrusion detection, analyzes threats and network traffic, supports incident response and remediation, and assists with security engineering projects. Maintains information security standards and procedures, researches emerging threats, improves security alerting automation, supports access management, and communicates security issues to end users, departments, and senior management.

Supports finance and tax operations through multi-jurisdictional income, franchise, sales/use, property, and other tax compliance. Prepares quarterly tax provisions, financial reporting footnotes, tax memoranda, reconciliations, fixed asset reports, tax payments, supporting documentation, and ad hoc analyses. Reviews property tax assessments, monitors tax legislation and accounting pronouncements, and evaluates process automation opportunities. The role is performed onsite with 0–10% travel.

Provides high-level administrative and executive support to the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, Board and committee meeting coordination, document and correspondence preparation, event logistics, expense and invoice tracking, legal invoicing, litigation database and legal hold coordination, confidential records management, reporting, and communication with executives, attorneys, vendors, regulators, and visitors.

Implements and maintains Business Online Banking and other Treasury Management services, processes and reviews service requests, conducts risk reviews, provides customer and internal staff support and training, manages inboxes and request databases, participates in UAT, bills and orders equipment for customers, and follows security and regulatory procedures. Travel up to 10%.

Manage investment portfolios for complex agency and trust accounts, serve as primary client contact, set and monitor Investment Policy Statements, perform due diligence on securities, oversee Reg. 9 investment reviews, participate in new business efforts and community outreach, and collaborate with internal partners and the Trust Investment Committee. Travel up to 10%.

The Sr. Lending Advisor originates residential mortgage loans, develops relationships with referral sources, analyzes applicant information, and ensures compliance with banking regulations while maintaining communication throughout the loan process.
