Implement and maintain Business Online Banking and Treasury Management services for small business and commercial clients. Process and review service requests, perform risk reviews (ACH/RDC), provide client and staff support and training, manage inboxes and request databases, participate in UAT, bill for services, and adhere to security and regulatory procedures.

Perform routine banking transactions and operational tasks in compliance with regulations and bank policies. Receive, review, enter, verify, and correct transactions and documents using multiple systems; resolve issues, meet deadlines, support multiple departments, and provide customer service.

Provides high-level administrative and executive support to the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, Board and committee meeting coordination, document and correspondence preparation, event logistics, expense and invoice tracking, legal invoicing, litigation database and legal hold coordination, confidential records management, reporting, and communication with executives, attorneys, vendors, regulators, and visitors.

Manage investment portfolios for complex agency and trust accounts, serve as primary client contact, set and monitor Investment Policy Statements, perform due diligence on securities, oversee Reg. 9 investment reviews, participate in new business efforts and community outreach, and collaborate with internal partners and the Trust Investment Committee. Travel up to 10%.

Lead local business development to acquire and grow commercial banking customers through networking, prospecting, and relationship management. Collaborate with branches and commercial lines to onboard clients, maintain deposit and credit pipelines, meet sales targets, and deliver tailored banking solutions. Represent the bank in the community and track market opportunities and risks.

The Sr. Lending Advisor originates residential mortgage loans, develops relationships with referral sources, analyzes applicant information, and ensures compliance with banking regulations while maintaining communication throughout the loan process.

Perform a variety of banking operational tasks from receipt to resolution, including data entry, transaction processing, escalations, customer inquiries, and workflow coordination. Participate in process improvements and use multiple system applications while meeting accuracy and deadline expectations.

The Sr. Auditor will perform high-quality audits, assess operational efficiency, ensure compliance with regulations, and prepare audit reports. This role also involves training less experienced personnel and supporting risk assessments.

The Sr. Relationship Manager oversees middle-market client relationships, ensuring credit quality, compliance, and business development, while mentoring less experienced colleagues.
