Prepare and remit accurate investor reports and remittances for Fannie Mae, Ginnie Mae, Freddie Mac and other investors; perform monthly corporate and custodial bank reconciliations; implement investor and regulatory procedures; handle investor inquiries, repurchases, buyouts, account setups/deletions, and audit requests.

Support Senior Lending Advisors by managing loan pipelines from application to closing, coordinating with underwriting and closing teams, gathering documentation, communicating with clients and internal partners, and assisting with cross-sell opportunities and operational improvements to enhance client experience.

Travel up to 20% across Southern California offices.

The Sr. Relationship Manager oversees middle-market client relationships, ensuring credit quality, compliance, and business development, while mentoring less experienced colleagues.

Responsible for developing and managing the bank's accounting policies, serving as a technical accounting expert, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Drive new business customer acquisition for the bank through prospecting, community engagement, and relationship-building. Assess financial needs, recommend banking solutions, collaborate with commercial lending and treasury teams for onboarding, and hit sales targets while maintaining superior customer service. Role requires significant travel to meet clients and participate in local events.

Manage investment portfolios for complex agency and trust accounts, serve as primary client contact, set and monitor Investment Policy Statements, perform due diligence on securities, oversee Reg. 9 investment reviews, participate in new business efforts and community outreach, and collaborate with internal partners and the Trust Investment Committee. Travel up to 10%.

The Sr. Lending Advisor originates residential mortgage loans, develops relationships with referral sources, analyzes applicant information, and ensures compliance with banking regulations while maintaining communication throughout the loan process.
