Supports the Bank’s corporate compliance program through compliance reviews, audits, assessments, transactional testing, remediation tracking, risk evaluations, and reporting to senior management. Identifies procedural deficiencies, recommends solutions, validates corrective actions, provides employee guidance and training, and collaborates with legal, audit, risk management, regulators, and business stakeholders. The role focuses on consumer compliance, wealth management, trust, investment, BSA/AML, OFAC, and related regulations.

Originates residential mortgage loans and develops referral relationships with realtors, builders, and other partners. Interviews applicants, collects and reviews documentation, evaluates credit and property information, coordinates underwriting and processing, resolves application issues, and ensures timely closing. Promotes additional banking services, maintains pipeline reports, complies with lending regulations, and represents the bank in the community. This is an on-site role requiring travel throughout the bank’s footprint of less than 25%.

The Sr. Lending Advisor originates residential mortgage loans, develops relationships with referral sources, analyzes applicant information, and ensures compliance with banking regulations while maintaining communication throughout the loan process.
