Process semi-monthly payroll using Workday and timekeeping systems; audit salary changes, retro pay, absences, deductions, wage attachments, and terminations. Maintain payroll records and reporting, support audits, complete employment and unemployment verifications, and submit required government reports. Provide confidential employee support while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across multiple companies.

Develop blended learning solutions across e-learning, video, virtual and instructor-led training, microlearning, job aids, and performance support. Create compliance and HR training, maintain Workday Learning content, facilitate pilots and virtual sessions, evaluate learning effectiveness, and collaborate with subject matter experts, Legal, Audit, and Compliance. The role also manages learning campaigns, supports onboarding, applies instructional design models and accessibility standards, and keeps learning technologies and content current.

Manages the full lifecycle of vendor contracts, including drafting, negotiation, amendments, renewals, terminations, compliance, reporting, and risk interpretation. Partners with business units, legal, risk, finance, and vendors to ensure contract terms protect the Bank, service levels are met, and vendor costs and performance are effectively managed. The role is onsite and requires 10–20% travel.
