Implements and maintains Business Online Banking and other Treasury Management services, processes and reviews service requests, conducts risk reviews, provides customer and internal staff support and training, manages inboxes and request databases, participates in UAT, bills and orders equipment for customers, and follows security and regulatory procedures. Travel up to 10%.

Manage investment portfolios for complex agency and trust accounts, serve as primary client contact, set and monitor Investment Policy Statements, perform due diligence on securities, oversee Reg. 9 investment reviews, participate in new business efforts and community outreach, and collaborate with internal partners and the Trust Investment Committee. Travel up to 10%.

Lead local business development to acquire and grow commercial banking customers through networking, prospecting, and relationship management. Collaborate with branches and commercial lines to onboard clients, maintain deposit and credit pipelines, meet sales targets, and deliver tailored banking solutions. Represent the bank in the community and track market opportunities and risks.
