Prepares, scans, indexes, and quality-checks documents; sorts and distributes mail and faxes; locates files; processes returned mail; and provides general office support. The role requires accurate 10-key and alpha data entry, Microsoft Office proficiency, and collaboration across departments.

Processes and enters new insurance business applications, verifies documentation, identifies discrepancies, and ensures compliance with company and state requirements. Maintains accurate policyholder records, supports underwriting and policy administration, communicates application statuses, and contributes to system enhancements and process improvements. The role also maintains production records, follows departmental controls, and supports customer-focused team objectives.

Supports end-to-end claims intake and administration by establishing claims, determining documentation requirements, processing web submissions and payments, monitoring queues, responding to inquiries, and maintaining compliant claim files. Provides backup to claims examiners and the Claims Care phone team during high-volume periods. The role also follows up with funeral homes, resolves routine issues, escalates complex matters, and completes required LOMA coursework within two years.

Develop and execute platform-specific social content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Create graphics, animations, and short-form video; write social copy; capture and edit photo/video; monitor trends and performance; support campaigns, product launches, recruitment marketing, and events; use AI tools to ideate and optimize content.

Lead design, development, and optimization of enterprise data infrastructure. Oversee scalable data architectures, automated ETL/ELT pipelines, integrations, and cloud-native platforms (Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Data Bricks). Drive data engineering strategy, operational excellence (DevOps/CI-CD), reporting delivery, and cross-team analytics enablement. Manage off-hours upgrades and provide technical guidance to senior IT leadership.

Lead development of audience-centered corporate and customer communications. Create and edit strategic content, run stakeholder discovery, build communication plans, ensure editorial quality and brand consistency, partner with leaders, and use AI tools to support research and content while representing communications on cross-functional teams.
