Supports mortgage rate-lock and pricing activities by reviewing requests, processing locks and changes, maintaining loan and investor data, monitoring expirations, reconciling reports, and assisting Accounting and Post Closing. The role answers routine pricing questions, identifies discrepancies, follows established procedures, protects confidential information, and collaborates with mortgage, operations, underwriting, processing, and capital markets teams while developing mortgage and secondary-market expertise.

Prepares, reviews, and approves mortgage closing packages and loan funding. Coordinates with borrowers, title companies, insurers, appraisers, and other agencies; audits signed documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance; manages funding pipelines; remits loan proceeds; completes disclosures, settlement statement reviews, post-closing audits, investor shipments, and issue resolution.
