The role answers routine pricing questions, identifies discrepancies, follows established procedures, protects confidential information, and collaborates with mortgage, operations, underwriting, processing, and capital markets teams while developing mortgage and secondary-market expertise.

Prepares, reviews, and approves mortgage closing packages and loan funding. Coordinates with borrowers, title companies, insurers, appraisers, and other agencies; audits signed documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance; manages funding pipelines; remits loan proceeds; completes disclosures, settlement statement reviews, post-closing audits, investor shipments, and issue resolution.
