Processes 300–600 daily ACH, wire, and check payments, applies cash to accounts, investigates unidentified funds, resolves payment discrepancies, and creates journal entries and uploads. Researches refunds, obligations, vehicle records, and proof-of-payment documentation; supports IRS 8300 reporting and conduit audits. Responds to internal payment inquiries, tracks disbursements, and improves accounting processes using banking platforms, spreadsheets, and financial systems.

Purchases used vehicles directly from customers by managing leads, maintaining customer communications, conducting appraisals, documenting activity in dealership systems, and providing written offers. The role works closely with the Used Car Manager, cultivates vehicle acquisitions, follows prescribed appraisal processes, and supports strong customer relationships. Used-car experience is preferred, and the employee must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, strong organizational skills, and Saturday availability.
