Senior Financial Analyst - Holman Vancouver

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Holman is currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team in Vancouver, WA!

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with a broad range of finance and business leaders to design, develop and maintain models/reporting to grow and optimize Holman’s business.

• Own recurring reporting and analysis and business partner relationships for key functions within retail automotive.

• Conducts complex analysis to support critical business decisions and provide strategic recommendations to management. Leads financial analysis for determining return on investment, profit & loss, balance sheet impact, other.

• Supports departmental and senior leadership in the preparation of the annual plan, 5-year plan, Reforecast, and other long-range planning exercises.

• Provides coaching, direction and leadership to team members in order to achieve business results.

Education and/or Training:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, General Business Administration or other related field from an accredited college/university.

Relevant Work Experience:

• 3+ years demonstrated experience performing Accounting, Finance, or Economics-related financial data analysis tasks.

Compensation: $83,000 - $98,000/annually (depending on experience)

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $67,670.00 - $98,125.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
