The Role

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Holman Honda of Fort Lauderdale is looking for a New Car Sales Manager to lead our new car department.

What You'll Do:

Lead and Develop the Sales Team

  • Motivate and support a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed goals.

  • Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback.

  • Foster a team culture focused on results, collaboration, and great customer service.

Drive Business Growth

  • Develop marketing and sales strategies to attract new customers.

  • Identify opportunities for growth through networking and customer relationships.

  • Monitor market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences

  • Ensure every customer receives exceptional service.

  • Resolve issues with professionalism and care.

  • Lead the team in upholding our reputation for customer satisfaction.

Manage Inventory and Planning

  • Work with the General Manager and manufacturer partners to ensure the right mix of inventory.

  • Use data to guide decisions on stock levels and vehicle selection.

  • Monitor aging inventory and adjust plans to improve sales and profitability.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven success as a sales manager in automotive retail, especially in new car sales.

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.

  • Ability to develop effective sales strategies and hit performance goals.

  • Knowledge of the car sales process, CRM tools, and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • High energy, problem-solving mindset, and a positive attitude.

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Must pass background checks and pre-employment screenings.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $93,020.00 - $134,880.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
