The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
JOB INPUTS
- Receive inquiries from customers (internal and external) / drivers and coordinates with internal departments to resolve in a timely manner
- Investigate and provide closed loop resolution to customer problems, logs all inquiries in Holman systems
- Process fleet database changes, duplicate material requests, and activation / deactivation of fuel card PINs per client parameters
- Update and audit client profiles while managing all third-party vendor communications
- Receive inquiries from customers (internal and external) and coordinator resolution efforts with Holman departments
- Provide regular status updates on open items with clients.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and/or Training:
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
- Familiarity with virtual office technology and equipment, including Zoom, Teams, Etc.
Relevant Work Experience:
- 1+ years of customer service or retail experience
