Responsibilities include managing project priorities and documentation, maintaining engineering standards and controlled documents, coordinating cross-functional activities, supporting pricing and reporting, improving processes, and leading special initiatives. The role also provides office coverage and backup receptionist support while ensuring accurate data, timely deliverables, and effective communication across engineering and business teams.

Supports accounts receivable operations, including billing, invoicing, cash application, collections, customer account maintenance, onboarding, sales tax compliance, and month-end close activities. The role matches payments to invoices, monitors receivables, assists with journal entries and reconciliations, maintains resale certificates, supports audits and reporting, and collaborates with customers and internal teams. Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and Microsoft Office proficiency are required.

Design and develop product prototypes using CAD and 3D modeling, test and simulate designs, assess materials and manufacturing feasibility, and coordinate with R&D and manufacturing teams. The role includes creating technical drawings, troubleshooting quality issues, documenting processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Assist with setup and operation of multi-color press, monitor production efficiency, troubleshoot machine issues, and maintain quality standards.

The Marketing Graphic Designer creates on-brand visual assets for marketing initiatives, collaborating with various stakeholders while ensuring brand consistency across multiple media formats.

Provide North American technical support for networks, servers, and endpoints. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, cabling, firewalls, switches, VPNs, and enterprise applications (Epicor, Microsoft 365, Salesforce). Troubleshoot system, software, and network issues, train users, and collaborate with the MIS Manager to implement solutions and ensure security and performance.

Support regional sales and dealers with live equipment demonstrations, product presentations, and basic operational/service training. Diagnose and resolve customer issues, recommend solutions, assist closing sales, and collaborate with internal teams. Weekly travel and hands-on work around heavy machinery required.

Support second-shift manufacturing quality by performing final QA/QC product release, batch review, generating customer documentation, maintaining color standards, and supporting root cause/corrective actions. Engage in Gemba activities, audits, supplier non-conformance follow-up, and lead 2–3 process improvement projects annually to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System.

Set up and operate fabrication machines (fiber laser, brake press, saw, tube bender, iron worker, shear, roll former) to cut, shape, and bend metal per shop drawings. Read prints, set stops/guides, measure parts, inspect for defects, perform minor machine maintenance, stack/pack finished parts, and handle heavy parts using lifts or forklifts while following safety PPE requirements.
