Job Title: Vehicle Network Specialist

JOB SUMMARY
The Service Technician interacts with customers professionally and courteously while receiving and discharging units at the Service Center. This role operates all makes and models of Vac-Con/Vector products to diagnose and repair unit deficiencies. The technician prepares accurate written and electronic documentation, completes service orders in a timely manner, and supports customer satisfaction through clear communication. The technician must work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively in a team environment. The role may also include assembly work, requires knowledge of the Vac-Con/Vector product line, and may involve limited-service operations as needed. This person must be well versed in CAN BUS technology

- Other required KSA (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities): Ability to diagnose and repair various mechanical, hydraulic, water, and electrical systems.
- Must be willing to travel 30% of the time.
Skills Required

- Deep understanding of CAN bus protocols and multiplexing architecture
- Ability to read complex electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair CAN bus lines, multiplex systems, and electronic control modules
- ISO 11898-2 certification
- Willingness to travel 30% of the time
