Supports service operations by troubleshooting, testing, repairing, installing, and commissioning precision spindle systems and machine tool components. Diagnoses electrical and electromechanical failures, performs validation and runoff testing, supports spindle rebuilds, documents repairs and root causes, and assists with customer service, training, corrective actions, and process improvements. Travel may be required for customer installations, troubleshooting, and training.

Provides administrative, organizational, and project coordination support to the engineering department. Responsibilities include managing project priorities and documentation, maintaining engineering standards and controlled documents, coordinating cross-functional activities, supporting pricing and reporting, improving processes, and leading special initiatives. The role also provides office coverage and backup receptionist support while ensuring accurate data, timely deliverables, and effective communication across engineering and business teams.

Supports accounts receivable operations, including billing, invoicing, cash application, collections, customer account maintenance, onboarding, sales tax compliance, and month-end close activities. The role matches payments to invoices, monitors receivables, assists with journal entries and reconciliations, maintains resale certificates, supports audits and reporting, and collaborates with customers and internal teams. Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and Microsoft Office proficiency are required.
