Expanding a nonprofit regional healthcare delivery network in Orange County, California, the company’s digital team recently launched Hoag Compass, a mobile app that supports continuous care, seeking to make such support a natural part of patients’ lives. Practitioners, interactive care plans and personal assistants are all on hand to help Compass users find their way.
