Maintains accurate employee time records using Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Scheduler, and Kronos. Performs daily audits and edits in timekeeping and attendance systems, supports management, follows hospital policies and California wage and hour requirements, and completes assigned special projects by deadline. Requires rotational weekend work.

Conduct full lifecycle recruiting across Hoag and its affiliates, partnering with hiring leaders and HR teams to source, engage, and hire qualified talent. The role manages candidate pipelines, recruits for hard-to-fill positions, promotes the employer brand, supports talent programs, ensures compliance with recruitment laws, and delivers a high-quality candidate and hiring-manager experience.
