Lead the Saudi Joint Venture to deliver profitable growth and operational excellence. Own P&L, strategy, customer relationships, and cross-functional execution (commercial, manufacturing, aftermarket, supply chain, HSSE). Manage metadata, data integrations, consolidation logic, reporting, user provisioning, and troubleshoot S4 HANA-to-FCCS integrations. Participate in testing (UAT/regression) and collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to support financial close, intercompany eliminations, and reporting compliance.

Design and document PLC-based electrical control cabinets and power electronics. Create schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs; integrate Siemens PLCs; collaborate with cross-functional teams; support testing, FAT/SAT, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and lifecycle activities to ensure compliant, reliable systems.

Design, develop, test, and support PTC Windchill and ThingWorx Navigate customizations and applications. Implement Windchill workflows, APIs, and integrations with SAP/Active Directory. Participate in requirements, architecture, CI/CD/DevOps, Agile teams, documentation, troubleshooting, and provide global/off-hour support.

Lead design, analysis, and validation of surface and subsea drill-through components (BOPs, risers, connectors). Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, coordinate cross-functional design and analysis, ensure compliance with API/ASME standards, interface with customers, manage project execution, and drive risk mitigation and lessons-learned.

Lead the Mechanical Engineering team to design and sustain mechanical products, manage program budgets and schedules, develop talent, support bids and service resolution, drive productivity improvements, and align cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Design, develop, and implement control system software and HMI solutions for industrial drilling equipment. Integrate with existing products, maintain documentation, support aftermarket, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver reliable automation solutions.

Lead and manage a software engineering team to design, develop, test, and deploy software for drilling and subsea systems. Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders, enforce best practices, manage timelines/budgets, resolve technical issues, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement and strategic technical decisions.

Develop, upgrade, deploy, and support networked production software and UIs for drilling and industrial systems. Work across QA-to-production deployments, cloud and on-prem environments, data migration, API integration, SCADA and analytics, networking and hardware configuration, DevOps, and PLM. Participate in agile workflows, lab testing, documentation, and mentor teammates while ensuring secure, high-performance solutions for onshore/offshore oil and gas applications.

Provide day-to-day procurement support: create and manage purchase orders, track and expedite supplier deliveries, maintain ERP purchasing data, resolve order/invoice/receiving queries, obtain quotations, support supplier performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Serve as the primary technical and commercial resource for customers and internal teams. Provide technical support, translate field data into insights, drive sales strategy and business development, support bids and global account coordination, mentor technical sales staff, and enable cross-functional collaboration to deliver tailored drilling and industrial equipment solutions. Travel up to 50% to support regional teams and customers.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across regions; build and maintain financial models for revenue, margin, SG&A, EBITDA, cash flow and working capital; analyze monthly results and KPIs; partner with operations, treasury and executives to align forecasts, cash, billing, and strategic decisions; prepare executive presentations and support earnings calls, investor and board materials; drive cross-functional initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Provide ongoing SAP PP/QM support and configuration, translate business requirements into functional designs, coordinate development and full testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT), manage change lifecycles to production, deliver end-user training/documentation, and support SAP upgrades/rollouts and hyper care for discrete manufacturing scenarios.
