Leads HR strategy and operations across Europe and Asia, partnering with executives on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, succession, engagement, labor relations, compliance, compensation, and transformation. Oversees multinational HR teams, supports unions and works councils, guides acquisitions and restructurings, and uses workforce insights to improve business performance and organizational capability.

Supports U.S. and international tax compliance, ASC 740 tax provision calculations, tax planning, audits, tax research, account reconciliations, and special projects. The role analyzes deferred taxes and uncertain tax positions, coordinates with external advisors, monitors tax law changes, and maintains tax accounting records and SOX controls. It requires collaboration across finance and business functions within a global organization.

Lead the Saudi Joint Venture to deliver profitable growth and operational excellence. Own P&L, strategy, customer relationships, and cross-functional execution (commercial, manufacturing, aftermarket, supply chain, HSSE). Build local leadership, align Board and HMH stakeholders, capture growth opportunities, and represent the JV to customers and shareholders.
