Supports strategic R&D and technology development projects through integrated scheduling, procurement coordination, cost control, forecasting, risk management, reporting, governance, and stakeholder coordination. Maintains project documentation, monitors progress and dependencies, supports stage-gate reviews and compliance, and develops corrective and mitigation actions. The role coordinates engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, suppliers, and project stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Supports Health, Safety, Security, and Environment initiatives by developing digital compliance and inspection tracking systems, analyzing HSSE data, identifying improvement opportunities, and participating in annual risk assessment reviews. The intern collaborates across functions, gains exposure to global HSSE programs, and communicates with executive leadership while contributing to organizational safety and environmental objectives.

Supports HMH’s global marketing and communications team with brand management, social media, event planning, content creation, website updates, newsletters, and advertising campaigns. The intern gains hands-on experience executing marketing strategies and communications initiatives while helping strengthen the company’s global brand.
