Supports and modernizes enterprise messaging and identity infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, hybrid Exchange, Cisco IronPort, Entra ID, and Active Directory. Troubleshoots mail flow, authentication, identity, and security issues; manages email compliance and access controls; and develops PowerShell and AI-assisted automation.
