Leads Hines’ global institutional investor marketing strategy, integrated campaigns, investor engagement, event marketing, content development, and performance optimization. Partners with investment management, capital markets, fund teams, and global marketing stakeholders to support fundraising, business development, investor acquisition, and retention. Oversees messaging consistency across digital, email, social, webinars, events, presentations, and investor collateral while translating investment insights into compelling marketing materials.

Leads end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement for commercial real estate property, facilities, engineering, and capital project spend. Manages competitive bids, supplier negotiations, contracts, risk, compliance, performance, financial analysis, savings tracking, and stakeholder recommendations. Establishes sourcing strategies, governance, processes, and reporting while mentoring team members and advising senior leaders and clients.

Supports French real estate acquisitions and development from opportunity screening and financial modeling through due diligence, investment committee approval, financing, negotiation, and transaction execution. The Associate evaluates risks, returns, financing structures, and value-creation opportunities; coordinates internal teams, advisers, lenders, and counterparties; prepares investment materials; and supervises junior staff while contributing to process improvements using AI-enabled tools.
