Supervises and trains college and contract public safety officers, coordinates daily operations and special-event coverage, prepares schedules and reports, manages equipment and building access, conducts safety inspections, handles payroll and personnel matters, and liaises with contractors. The role maintains campus safety and security, monitors alarms, secures facilities, reviews officer documentation, and supports effective relationships with faculty, staff, students, and visitors.

Assist the Dean in managing technical academic programs: develop curricula and schedules, manage budgets, supervise faculty and staff, handle student issues and program reviews, lead grant proposal development, maintain safe labs, chair committees, and represent the college to community partners.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Campus President and IT department: manage budgets, contracts, databases, property inventories, calendars, correspondence and reports; resolve routine and complex stakeholder issues; coordinate events and meetings; supervise and evaluate office staff; complete special projects and ensure timely processing of paperwork according to college policies.

Supports safe and effective laboratory operations under supervisor direction by monitoring and coordinating assigned laboratory activities and providing operational assistance. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent and at least one year of related experience. Preferred qualifications include math, science, technology, communication, social media, organization, interpersonal skills, and sensitivity to diverse and disadvantaged student populations.

Provides campus safety through proactive patrol, emergency response, crime prevention, policy enforcement, access control, and security technology monitoring. Leads routine and emergency operations when the Sergeant is absent, mentors officers, coordinates complex incidents and special events, conducts security assessments, supports emergency preparedness and training, prepares reports, and liaises with law enforcement and emergency services.

Perform general facilities maintenance: minor indoor/outdoor painting; basic plumbing repairs and fixture replacement; hang interior/exterior doors and door frames; replace ceiling tiles and baseboards; patch and hang drywall; order and replace ceramic tile; repair holes in walls; perform related maintenance duties as assigned.

Provide administrative, operational, and artistic leadership for college theaters, galleries, and arts programs across five campuses. Develop and implement strategic arts plans, manage budgets, fundraising, marketing, scheduling, contracts, facilities, and staff. Build community partnerships, expand program visibility, and support academic programs.

Advises prospective and current students on admissions, registration, course selection, degree requirements, career development, graduation, and transfer processes. Evaluates transcripts, conducts degree audits, maintains student records and program databases, prepares statistical reports and annual performance materials, coordinates technology workshops and orientations, and assists students with scholarship and college applications.

Provides in-person and online technical support to students in a college library. Duties include administering laptop loans, reimaging and sanitizing devices, troubleshooting software and hardware, assisting with academic technology applications, supporting printing and wireless access, training users, managing technology equipment, researching tools, and referring students to appropriate campus resources.

Supervise and coordinate the Business, Technology, and Bilingual Services Lab: manage and train tutors/staff, schedule and hire, maintain lab operations and equipment, ensure safety compliance, create resources and reports, liaise with faculty, and provide tutoring as needed to support student success.

Manage and coordinate the Educator Preparation Institute program and grants, including budget, compliance, reporting, curriculum development, outreach, recruitment, staff supervision, and partnerships with community and state agencies.

Provide advanced clerical and administrative support including composing correspondence, preparing reports, scheduling and calendar management, filing and database maintenance, handling calls and mail, processing travel/reimbursements/payroll, taking meeting minutes, assisting students, maintaining office supplies, and supporting office budget and junior staff as needed.

Patrols campus by foot and vehicle to protect people and property, enforce parking/traffic rules, monitor access control and CCTV, respond to incidents, provide first aid/CPR, assist law enforcement, and support campus safety operations.

Performs district-wide HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, and tile repairs and installations. Initiates work orders, procures parts, assists staff, and completes related maintenance tasks.

Provide part-time academic instruction in math, English, reading, and science to middle and high school students; develop lesson plans and group projects; manage classroom behavior; chaperone field trips; meet with parents. Work at Brandon and Ybor City campuses under a state-funded grant, up to 29 hours/week.

Performs district-wide HVAC and electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance. Initiates and completes work orders, procures parts, and assists colleagues resolving technical and mechanical issues. Works primarily on the Dale Mabry campus.

Manage financial functions for grant awards and restricted funds: monitor and reconcile grant expenditures, ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance, prepare reimbursements, budget amendments, journal entries, and costing allocations; coordinate with payroll, principal investigators, and pre-award grants team. Use Microsoft Office; Workday experience preferred.

Part-time adjunct faculty role teaching courses across college campuses. Requires a Master’s degree (or qualifying graduate hours), submission of graduate transcripts, and possible foreign credential evaluation. Compensation is $76.00 per instructional load point. Selected candidates must pass a Level II criminal background check with fingerprinting; college participates in E-Verify. Applications remain on file for one year.
