Oversees financial management, reporting, and accounting for capital construction and renovation projects. Monitors budgets, maintains CIP accounts, capitalizes completed projects, reviews contractor payments, prepares financial reports and audit support, ensures compliance with accounting standards, and coordinates with Facilities, Procurement, and Finance.

Manage operations, scheduling, technical support, and safety for campus performing arts spaces. Oversee lighting, sound, set, box office, crew hiring and training, master calendar, maintenance planning, budget oversight, and regulatory compliance for performance venues.

Provide part-time academic instruction in math, English, reading, and science to middle and high school students; develop lesson plans and group projects; manage classroom behavior; chaperone field trips; meet with parents. Work at Brandon and Ybor City campuses under a state-funded grant, up to 29 hours/week.
