Assists with balance sheet management reporting and strategy implementation, maintains settlement documentation, reviews ATM settlement reports, and supports accounts payable controls and vendor payments.

Supports members across multiple credit union branches by processing transactions, handling account and consumer loan intake, recommending financial products, cross-selling services, managing digital inquiries, and referring commercial lending opportunities. The role requires regular travel, flexible scheduling, cash handling accuracy, regulatory compliance, branch opening and closing, community engagement, and consistent service during staffing shortages.

Leads full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, college partnerships, recruitment events, and internship programs. Manages Paylocity ATS workflows, candidate pipelines, recruiting metrics, onboarding support, and compliance. Partners with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop workforce strategies, improve candidate experience, maintain compliant hiring practices, and strengthen diverse talent pipelines.

Leads the Credit Union’s Enterprise Risk Management program, overseeing operational, regulatory, vendor, liquidity, strategic, compliance, and legal risks. Advises executive leadership, strengthens policies and internal controls, supports cybersecurity and data governance, manages regulatory examinations, and promotes organization-wide risk awareness. The role also oversees risk, compliance, vendor management, and legal functions while supporting business continuity, strategic initiatives, and responsible innovation.
