Processes wire transfers, supports cash positioning, bank reconciliations, cash allocations, liquidity monitoring, and short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting. Assists with balance sheet management reporting and strategy implementation, maintains settlement documentation, reviews ATM settlement reports, and supports accounts payable controls and vendor payments.

Provides financial service and sales support to credit union members, including processing transactions, opening accounts, funding loans, recommending products, identifying lending opportunities, and referring commercial loans. Assists with digital banking and business services, manages member inquiries, supports branch operations, participates in community outreach, maintains regulatory compliance, and meets performance goals.

Prepares financial statements, regulatory reports, journal entries, reconciliations, and NCUA 5300 Call Reports. Reviews general ledger activity, supports audits and budgeting, performs variance analysis, strengthens internal controls, documents accounting procedures, and identifies process improvements. Provides financial analytics to business units, resolves account discrepancies, presents financial recommendations, and mentors junior accounting staff while ensuring GAAP and regulatory compliance.

Leads full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, college partnerships, recruitment events, and internship programs. Manages Paylocity ATS workflows, candidate pipelines, recruiting metrics, onboarding support, and compliance. Partners with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop workforce strategies, improve candidate experience, maintain compliant hiring practices, and strengthen diverse talent pipelines.

Leads the Credit Union’s Enterprise Risk Management program, overseeing operational, regulatory, vendor, liquidity, strategic, compliance, and legal risks. Advises executive leadership, strengthens policies and internal controls, supports cybersecurity and data governance, manages regulatory examinations, and promotes organization-wide risk awareness. The role also oversees risk, compliance, vendor management, and legal functions while supporting business continuity, strategic initiatives, and responsible innovation.
