Supports credit union compliance, risk management, AML/BSA, OFAC, CIP, and vendor management programs. Reviews vendors, fraud cases, alerts, CTRs, memberships, daily files, and regulatory requirements. Researches banking regulations, communicates regulatory impacts, supports compliance reviews, maintains record-retention adherence, and helps implement new requirements. Provides guidance to staff, handles confidential information, and assists with compliance projects and administrative tasks.

Performs daily reconciliation, balancing, settlement, and transaction execution across ACH, ATM, wire, Zelle, foreign currency, and corporate credit union accounts. Processes wire transfers, supports cash positioning, bank reconciliations, cash allocations, liquidity monitoring, and short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting. Assists with balance sheet management reporting and strategy implementation, maintains settlement documentation, reviews ATM settlement reports, and supports accounts payable controls and vendor payments.

Supports members across multiple credit union branches by processing transactions, handling account and consumer loan intake, recommending financial products, cross-selling services, managing digital inquiries, and referring commercial lending opportunities. The role requires regular travel, flexible scheduling, cash handling accuracy, regulatory compliance, branch opening and closing, community engagement, and consistent service during staffing shortages.
