Teams at Heritage Financial Credit Union

Provides branch-based financial services to credit union members, including transaction processing, account opening, loan intake and funding, product education, needs-based selling, and commercial loan referrals. Builds member relationships, supports digital banking enrollment, handles cash and branch operations, participates in community outreach, and meets performance goals while complying with banking regulations and credit union procedures.

Develops and manages a commercial loan portfolio, originates and underwrites commercial and commercial real estate loans, structures credit terms, approves or recommends loans, and maintains compliance and reporting. Builds and manages business relationships, grows referrals, supports retail banking business development, mentors credit staff, conducts borrower visits, and participates in lending and community events.

Manages delinquent loan accounts by contacting members, assessing hardship, negotiating payment arrangements, processing collection transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Collector handles account research, bankruptcy referrals, write-off recommendations, correspondence, reconciliations, and escalations involving repossession, legal action, or outside agencies. The role also supports workflow improvements and member service while complying with credit union policies, federal and state regulations, and Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
