Provide operational and administrative support for commercial lending: process and review loan files, prepare closing documents, manage construction draws, maintain collateral lien perfection, perform post-close quality assurance, HMDA reporting, and maintain digital records and ticklers.

Investigate and triage security alerts and incidents, perform root cause analysis, tune SIEM/EDR tools, support incident response and containment, assist risk assessments and audits, monitor threat intelligence, produce reports and metrics, maintain access reviews, business continuity planning, and security documentation.

Contact delinquent members to collect payments and arrange financial solutions for past-due consumer and mortgage loans. Perform skip-tracing, follow collection policies and laws, maintain product knowledge, collaborate with internal teams and third parties, and support other collection projects as needed.

Develop and validate reports, dashboards, and data models using SQL and BI tools. Analyze data to identify trends, meet with stakeholders to translate needs, and manage projects while liaising with platform and application vendors.
