Provides prompt, professional service to credit union members through phone, chat, and video channels. Resolves questions and concerns, facilitates transactions according to established procedures, communicates with members and staff, performs information center duties, and educates members about financial products and services. This is a part-time role of approximately 16 hours per week, with no nights or Sundays and premium Saturday pay.

Performs collection activities on delinquent consumer and mortgage loans by contacting borrowers, arranging payments, evaluating financial solutions, and conducting skip tracing. Maintains knowledge of loan products, collection policies, bankruptcy and repossession laws, and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with internal departments and external parties while supporting early delinquency and asset-loss matters.

Processes card, ATM, ACH, Zelle, and digital banking disputes in compliance with applicable regulations and network rules. Performs reconciliations, card maintenance, service events, inventory and shipment verification, fraud alert monitoring, and dispute-related reporting. Supports branches and Deposit Operations while responding to member and staff inquiries about card products and services. Requires accuracy, critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.

The Chief Financial Officer will lead accounting, finance, treasury, investments, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, liquidity, and asset-liability management. This executive will advise the CEO and Board, develop financial strategy, oversee regulatory and financial risk management, manage financial systems and reporting, lead planning and profitability initiatives, liaise with auditors and regulators, and support business expansion and product development.
