Teams at Heritage Federal Credit Union

Performs collection activities on delinquent consumer and mortgage loans by contacting borrowers, arranging payments, evaluating financial solutions, and conducting skip tracing. Maintains knowledge of loan products, collection policies, bankruptcy and repossession laws, and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with internal departments and external parties while supporting early delinquency and asset-loss matters.

Processes card, ATM, ACH, Zelle, and digital banking disputes in compliance with applicable regulations and network rules. Performs reconciliations, card maintenance, service events, inventory and shipment verification, fraud alert monitoring, and dispute-related reporting. Supports branches and Deposit Operations while responding to member and staff inquiries about card products and services. Requires accuracy, critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.

Provides prompt, professional support to credit union members through phone, chat, and video interactions. Resolves inquiries and concerns, processes transactions accurately according to established procedures, explains financial products and services, performs basic information center functions, and communicates effectively with members and personnel.
