Lead and build a Client Services team in Lisbon to manage international health insurance plans. Supervise team activity, ensure service quality and client satisfaction, handle complaints, support renewals and tenders, collaborate with sales, recruit and develop staff, and improve processes and KPIs.

Provide phone and email support to beneficiaries and healthcare professionals, explaining policy coverage, reimbursements, and administrative procedures. Manage contract and claims administration including registering/canceling contracts, monitoring payments, entering reimbursements, preparing cost estimates, issuing guarantees, and updating beneficiary records. Ensure high-quality, timely responses and meet service, quality, and volume objectives. No sales prospecting required.

Coordinate general services across Lisbon, Madrid and Tunis: manage fit-outs, supplies, access/security, maintenance, vendors, contracts, budgets, regulatory compliance (health & safety, ISO 27001), invoice processing, and support international sites. Occasional travel and potential people management as role evolves.
