High school diploma or GED, communication skills, independence, teamwork, and required protective equipment are expected.

Tasks include inspecting, packing, sawing, sanding, bonding, assembly, loading/unloading, operating production machines, performing quality checks, reporting production data, maintaining safety and cleanliness, meeting productivity goals, and participating in continuous improvement.

Lead divisional HR strategy and operations including compensation, performance management, talent acquisition and development, labor relations, safety, benefits administration, succession planning, and HR metrics across multi-site manufacturing.
