The Controller leads the Truck Division’s financial operations, including monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, and accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivable. The role manages and develops accounting staff, supports strategic planning, drives continuous process improvement, ensures compliance with finance policies, and provides accurate financial information to business stakeholders and leadership.

Designs, implements, secures, monitors, and maintains global network and telecommunications infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPN, wireless, and VoIP systems. Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components. Read blueprints and GD&T, perform inspections with precision measuring tools, make minor program edits, perform preventive maintenance, support continuous improvement and lean initiatives, and document production and quality results.

Support production by developing programs/parameters for machining and fabrication, assembling and repairing tooling and fixtures, building components from prints or sketches, installing and debugging electrical panels, and troubleshooting robotics and PLCs. Supports elastomer product development projects from concept through commercialization, including material selection, design, prototyping, molding, testing, validation, tooling, manufacturing support, and product launches. Applies CAD, FEA, GD&T, DFM, and APQP principles to ensure manufacturability, quality, performance, and production readiness. Design and develop suspension systems, manage product development and design analysis projects, validate designs, and prepare test reports and production sign-offs. The role requires vehicle structural design experience and knowledge of dynamic analysis, finite element analysis, fatigue analysis, CAD, and quality standards. Occasional travel is required.

Designs, develops, evaluates, and investigates warranty issues for foundation brake, wheel-end, and axle systems used on Class 8 vehicles.
