Designs, implements, and maintains safe, efficient manufacturing processes. Provides PLC programming and controls support, leads automation and CAPEX projects, supports APQP and TS16949 initiatives, collaborates on design for manufacturability, and resolves production issues while driving cost and quality improvements.

Support new product manufacturing by programming welding robots and machining centers, performing hand welding, low-volume trial runs, inspections, and fixture fabrication. Collect process data, assist engineering with prototypes, train production personnel, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Represent Hendrickson to assigned OEMs to develop new elastomer business, manage account strategy, negotiate contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain Salesforce pipeline and reporting, and travel to customer and company sites (35–50%).

Support plant accounting and inventory costing, record manufacturing and overhead costs, analyze variances and monthly results, produce performance reports, assist month-end close, audits, fixed asset and inventory reconciliations, and help implement cost reduction and internal control improvements.

Design, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes for fabrication, machining, and assembly. Lead continuous improvement, support product launch (APQP, SPPD), collaborate with product development for manufacturability, resolve customer/production issues, and support quality/TS16949 initiatives.

Oversee HR at a Mitchell, SD manufacturing facility including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, benefits administration, safety and workers' compensation, ISO HR procedures, and HR recordkeeping. Serve on plant management team and promote a non-union, participative workplace.

Lead all manufacturing operations to meet customer service, on-time delivery, lead time, cost, safety, quality and housekeeping targets. Manage and develop shop floor supervisors, oversee labor/equipment resources, logistics, inventory control, and recommend capacity adjustments.
