Supports plant operations by designing, automating, installing, and improving manufacturing processes and equipment. Responsibilities include CNC, PLC, robot, electrical, tooling, fixture, plant layout, and controls work; managing engineering and CAPEX projects; supporting foundry, machining, welding, forming, and painting operations; coordinating installations and prototypes; and supervising maintenance technicians on projects. The role requires hands-on work in an industrial foundry environment and travel to other facilities as needed.

Oversee and improve axle and suspension manufacturing processes, including fabrication, assembly, machining, and paint. Design tooling and fixtures, support new product launches, resolve complex production issues, and drive improvements in safety, quality, cost, and productivity. Collaborate with product development, production, maintenance, and engineering teams while supporting IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and APQP initiatives. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across manufacturing operations.

Designs, develops, deploys, and maintains scalable AI and machine learning solutions, including generative AI, agentic AI, deep learning, predictive models, data pipelines, and training workflows. Integrates AI systems into applications and business processes, especially in Azure environments. Collaborates with IT, data, and business teams; monitors model performance; ensures governance, cybersecurity, and responsible AI compliance; troubleshoots systems; and documents solutions.
