Design, validate, and manage suspension system development projects including FEA, fatigue and dynamic analysis. Coordinate with CAD/FEA/lab teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure production readiness, drive continuous improvement, and support product portfolio through SPDD process. Prepare test reports, design for manufacturability, and lead cross-functional launch activities.

Supervise and coordinate tool room and press room activities, prioritize die repairs and tooling, work with engineering and production on designs and maintenance, manage and train staff, order supplies, and ensure efficient plant operations and safety compliance.

Support local HR with full-cycle recruiting, coordinate interviews, maintain electronic training and disciplinary records, assist with training rollouts and completion tracking, help plan wellness and employee events, and contribute to the quarterly newsletter.
