The Controller leads the Truck Division’s financial operations, including monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, and accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivable. The role manages and develops accounting staff, supports strategic planning, drives continuous process improvement, ensures compliance with finance policies, and provides accurate financial information to business stakeholders and leadership.

Supports the Change Management team by collecting and analyzing data, maintaining material databases and ERP/PLM information, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with process improvements and program management tasks. The intern collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages multiple assignments, and helps organize data and documentation.

Provides end-user support and training for computer systems and network applications. Maintains hardware inventory and replacement lifecycles, creates and deploys system images, installs and supports PCs, printers, and storage peripherals, and troubleshoots hardware, software, and network issues. Ensures workstation configurations comply with organizational policies, standards, licensing agreements, and guidelines.
