Maintains plant accounting functions, including inventory management, manufacturing costing, financial reporting, variance analysis, reconciliations, fixed assets, forecasting, audits, and internal controls. Supports capital projects and cost-reduction initiatives while partnering with plant and division management. Requires accounting expertise in manufacturing environments, standard costing, general ledger functions, and financial analysis.

Designs and supports control hardware, PLC and HMI software, automated manufacturing equipment, and traceability systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting production controls, developing visualizations and SQL queries, maintaining documentation, collaborating with vendors, and leading FANUC robotic cell upgrades from Logix 500 to Logix 5000. The role supports manufacturing engineers across facilities and participates in process design reviews, validation, production cutovers, and shop-floor problem resolution.
