Six-month fixed-term Credit Risk Analyst based in Parramatta supporting credit risk assessments, monitoring exposures and limits, preparing risk reports, and maintaining records. Approximately one day per week supporting collections for an assigned portfolio, performing collection calls, negotiating payments, managing disputes, and collaborating with Sales to resolve payment issues.

Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing on construction materials, operate and calibrate lab equipment, record and report test results, support production with timely data, and follow safety and environmental protocols in a production lab setting.

Manage daily collections and customer relationships, respond to credit inquiries, support digital platform onboarding and payment resolution, enforce lien and bond rights with Credit Management, and help reduce DSO while improving credit KPIs.

Lead and manage all cement plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, CAPEX, budgeting, safety, environmental compliance, union relations, team development, and continuous improvement to meet operational and business targets.
