Support inspection, maintenance, and repair of cement plant mechanical equipment. Assist preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, follow safety procedures, participate in safety training, and develop mechanical maintenance skills in a heavy industrial environment.

Lead and consolidate local IT operations across Europe, AMWA, and APAC. Build regional leadership teams, standardise infrastructure and incident management, manage onsite support and industrial/OT IT, enforce SLAs, negotiate vendor contracts, drive cost-saving restructures while maintaining service levels, and ensure security, compliance, and operational reporting for senior leadership.

Provide high-trust administrative support to the SVP Digital Success & Transformation: manage complex calendar, coordinate meetings and governance, organise travel, prepare presentations and reports, track actions and approvals, handle invoices/expenses/onboarding, maintain confidentiality, coordinate events, and improve administrative processes across international teams.
