Supervise electricians, prioritize work, troubleshoot and repair electrical, control, automation, and instrumentation systems, support capital projects, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive reliability and continuous improvement.

Supervise daily cement production operations, enforce safety protocols, train and mentor staff, monitor inventory and supply chain, and collaborate across departments to optimize processes and quality.
