Maintain and improve master data quality by identifying and correcting errors, cleansing duplicates, defining data standards, documenting processes, and collaborating with SMEs and IT. Use SAP and advanced Excel to manage and analyze customer data.

Provide day-to-day operational support for country-level IT systems with emphasis on Cisco network management. Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents; configure and deploy network infrastructure at remote sites; participate in IT projects; support rollout of IT standards and service management processes; coordinate with vendors and internal teams; document procedures and contribute to continuous improvement. Occasional travel and on-call support required.

Manage day-to-day alternative fuel/material deliveries, inventory, sampling, testing and trials; troubleshoot and optimize systems with maintenance; prepare consumption and safety reports; ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC and train staff; support capital requests, invoice reconciliation, and continuous improvement at a heavy industrial cement plant.
