Creates and edits videos, motion graphics, animations, 3D models, and visual assets for marketing, internal communications, social media, websites, training, events, and employer branding. Supports filming, lighting, audio, media asset management, brand consistency, and campaign content development. The role also involves optimizing CAD geometry, creating manufacturing equipment models, and using premade 3D assets. Manage customer accounts using D365, process orders, resolve invoicing/warranty/pricing issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze sales performance, support sales campaigns, mentor CSRs, and meet KPIs to drive aftermarket revenue and customer satisfaction.

Lead Davies Molding finance team, partner with executive leadership, manage month-end/year-end close, forecasting, ERP (D365) migration, credit/AR/AP, audits, capital requests, process improvements, staff development, and integration of acquisitions.

Develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing processes across multiple sites. Analyze workflows, design equipment layouts, improve assembly methods, lead continuous improvement (Lean), perform time/motion and value stream analyses, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, estimate production costs and staffing, and support implementation on the shop floor with heavy travel.

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities and frequencies using UKG; ensure multi-state (and Canadian) compliance, handle tax filings, garnishments, audits, payroll reporting, and stakeholder issue resolution while maintaining data confidentiality and internal controls.

Support and administer the OneStream financial consolidation and reporting platform. Manage user access and security, assist with metadata, workflows, reports, and business rules. Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and implementation partners to test, validate, and improve processes, provide end-user support and training, and identify automation opportunities.
