Oversee Medication Aides and Resident Assistants, perform assessments, care planning, implementation and evaluation, maintain documentation and regulatory compliance, coordinate with healthcare professionals, coach and develop staff, manage scheduling, and support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Provide and monitor high-quality clinical care for senior living residents, oversee Medication Aides and Resident Assistants on shift, perform assessments, care planning, documentation, coordinate with healthcare professionals, coach staff, ensure regulatory compliance and implement clinical policies and quality processes.
