Leads the Human Resources function for a senior living community, overseeing HR operations, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, retention, payroll, benefits, compliance, labor relations, employee relations, policies, and performance management. Supervises a Payroll/Benefits Coordinator, advises leadership, manages benefits and HRIS processes, supports investigations and grievances, and ensures effective service delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Provide and monitor high-quality clinical nursing care for residents in a senior living community. Oversee Medication Aides and Resident Assistants, perform assessments, care planning, implementation and evaluation, maintain documentation and regulatory compliance, coordinate with healthcare professionals, coach and develop staff, manage scheduling, and support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Provide and monitor high-quality clinical care for senior living residents, oversee Medication Aides and Resident Assistants on shift, perform assessments, care planning, documentation, coordinate with healthcare professionals, coach staff, ensure regulatory compliance and implement clinical policies and quality processes.
