Provide and monitor high-quality clinical nursing care for residents in a senior living community. Oversee Medication Aides and Resident Assistants, perform assessments, care planning, implementation and evaluation, maintain documentation and regulatory compliance, coordinate with healthcare professionals, coach and develop staff, manage scheduling, and support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Lead HR function at a senior living campus, managing HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll/benefits, HRIS, employee relations, labor relations and negotiations, policy development, compliance, and supervision of a Payroll/Benefits Coordinator while advising leadership.

Greet residents, staff, visitors and provide excellent customer service. Answer and transfer multi-line calls, serve as information resource, perform administrative tasks (data entry, filing, ordering supplies), coordinate emergency procedures, assist with resident needs and work orders, and maintain confidentiality and office systems.
