Senior enterprise leader accountable for all direct customer-facing functions (contact centres, direct lending/sales, customer operations, complaints). Owns end-to-end customer lifecycle, drives commercial and customer outcomes while ensuring regulatory and risk compliance. Partners with CCO, Risk, Technology and Finance to align cross-functional teams, deliver scalable operating models, and build high-performing teams focused on conversion, retention, satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Lead the Regulatory Reporting team to prepare and deliver accurate, timely RBNZ regulatory returns. Oversee risk-weighted asset and regulatory capital calculations, interpret RBNZ prudential requirements, review reporting processes and controls, and partner with Finance, Risk, Data and Business teams to ensure compliant reporting and data integrity.

Design, build and deliver cloud data platform projects using Snowflake, dbt and Azure Data Factory. Implement Data Vault 2.0 or dimensional models, develop ingestion/orchestration, optimise SQL performance, deliver governed semantic layers, ensure data governance and traceability, engage stakeholders, and follow disciplined engineering practices (CI, testing, docs) across NZ and Australian banking environments.
