The Procurement Manager will develop and oversee Healthcare Australia's procurement function, focusing on strategy, governance, supplier management, and commercial outcomes.

Lead operational delivery for a multidisciplinary Allied Health workforce across aged care, home care, and community settings. Drive workforce performance, client satisfaction, budget/KPI management and service outcomes while strengthening client partnerships. Oversee process improvements, capacity optimisation and growth initiatives in a non-clinical leadership capacity.
