Lead UX and UI design across Healf’s e-commerce website, including product discovery, collection and product pages, quizzes, subscriptions, and personalized experiences. Build and evolve scalable design systems, use AI tooling, conduct user research and experimentation, reduce friction, and improve conversion. Collaborate closely with product, content, engineering, and developers to deliver polished, production-ready experiences across platforms.

Creates and delivers social-first content across video, photography, motion graphics, and static assets, primarily for Instagram. Responsibilities include ideation, capture, editing, trend analysis, content calendar support, influencer collaboration, campaign production, and adapting organic content for paid social. The role translates creative briefs and brand guidelines into engaging, on-brand content while managing multiple projects and contributing to social strategy and performance improvement.

Build the Deeper Engagement platform from scratch: design architecture, integrate wearable data, own backend APIs and mobile experience, partner with product and CTO, and set engineering standards for a growing team.

Lead product design from first principles to define Healf's Wellbeing Intelligence. Create the mobile experience, information architecture, emotional tone, and a scalable design system. Own research that shapes product direction, collaborate closely with engineering, establish design rituals and culture, and deliver a clear, evidence-backed product roadmap and hireable design function.
