Lead product design from first principles to define Healf's Wellbeing Intelligence. Create the mobile experience, information architecture, emotional tone, and a scalable design system. Own research that shapes product direction, collaborate closely with engineering, establish design rituals and culture, and deliver a clear, evidence-backed product roadmap and hireable design function.

Lead design and build of production AI agents across functions using managed and framework-based approaches. Ship reliable, observable, evaluatable agents, create reusable components, manage failure modes, and establish engineering principles and team growth while measuring real business impact.
