Lead product design from first principles to define Healf's Wellbeing Intelligence. Create the mobile experience, information architecture, emotional tone, and a scalable design system. Own research that shapes product direction, collaborate closely with engineering, establish design rituals and culture, and deliver a clear, evidence-backed product roadmap and hireable design function.

Source exceptional talent proactively, build repeatable talent pipelines and assessment systems, support company-wide performance cadence (induction, goal-setting, calibration), and help the company become AI-native by building AI tools (using Claude Code) to surface and evaluate potential.

Lead architecture and technical strategy for a wellbeing intelligence platform: design backend, data, ML, and infrastructure; make build-vs-buy decisions; hire and mentor engineers; partner with Product and Design to ship production ML systems and a scalable data architecture for international growth.

Lead Healf's in-house PR: build and execute an authority-focused press strategy, identify and pitch high-impact stories, manage media relationships, leverage proprietary data, handle reactive and crisis communications, support executive positioning, and work cross-functionally to measure and amplify coverage.

Build and run proactive talent pipelines and communities, scout elite talent pools, create the careers and community brand, run candidate experiences (Healf Day), and own the candidate-to-high-performer arc including onboarding and integration.

Provide high-impact executive support to the Founder by designing and owning time architecture, acting as a gatekeeper, managing calendars and CRM, improving executive meeting cadence, and reducing administrative load. Build structured systems for relationship tracking and internal coordination, represent the business to senior stakeholders, and operate in an ambitious, office-based startup environment.
