Audit the existing app to extract reusable patterns, build a componentised Figma system (tokens, variants, states), document usage and accessibility, deliver a published library, handover guide and team walkthrough, and align system with developers for maintainable adoption.

Own day-to-day office and workplace operations, support onboarding/offboarding and people systems, improve and automate People processes, run engagement and culture initiatives, organise events and gather employee feedback to enhance the employee experience.

Own OPEX and CAPEX financial control, reporting, forecasting, and people cost/headcount control within management accounts. Partner with cost centre owners, Commercial Finance, People, and Finance Systems to ensure accurate coding, accruals, reconciliations, automation, and scalable cost control.
