Own day-to-day office and workplace operations, support onboarding/offboarding and people systems, improve and automate People processes, run engagement and culture initiatives, organise events and gather employee feedback to enhance the employee experience.

Lead design and build Healf's end-to-end fulfillment systems (replenishment, logistics, stock visibility, supplier ops). Own architecture, implement event-driven workflows, deploy and operate production systems, replace manual processes with automated tooling, and mentor engineers to establish best practices.

Creates and delivers social-first content across video, photography, motion graphics, and static assets, primarily for Instagram. Responsibilities include ideation, capture, editing, trend analysis, content calendar support, influencer collaboration, campaign production, and adapting organic content for paid social. The role translates creative briefs and brand guidelines into engaging, on-brand content while managing multiple projects and contributing to social strategy and performance improvement.
