Supports pharmaceutical quality operations by managing regulated documentation, conducting line clearances and inspections, reviewing batch records for cGMP compliance, testing and releasing raw materials and finished products, generating COAs, and investigating deviations and nonconformances. The role also helps implement process improvements, maintain the Quality Management System, and coordinate product qualification activities.

Provide leadership in workplace safety by identifying and correcting hazards, conducting site assessments, managing safety training and documentation, coordinating medical surveillance and PPE procurement, handling regulatory reporting (OSHA 300), supporting incident investigations, and assisting emergency response programs and drills.

Operate and maintain chemical production equipment while safely controlling batch and continuous processes according to SOPs. Responsibilities include handling and transferring chemicals, monitoring process variables, recording production and quality data, performing minor equipment maintenance, maintaining housekeeping standards, and complying with safety and environmental regulations. Design mechanical equipment layouts, create 3D models and fabrication drawings (BOMs) using SolidWorks/AutoCAD, develop piping and system components, produce shop documentation, support fabrication and testing, review designs for compliance, cost-control, and prepare proposal drawings to support sales and cross-functional coordination.

Designs and reviews electrical/control system designs for products, rentals, and surplus equipment. The Process Tech operates and maintains production equipment, handles chemicals, monitors processes, ensures safety compliance, and performs routine maintenance tasks.

Coordinate and manage bids/RFPs end-to-end, analyze pricing and market trends, support sales and client engagement, prepare reports, and implement pricing changes with internal stakeholders to maximize contract opportunities.

Support and oversee batch manufacturing quality and safety: inspect processes, review and approve batch records, sample and test materials, document deviations, write SOPs, and coordinate with production and quality managers to resolve issues and ensure cGMP/SQF compliance.

Provide technical in-house sales support for water treatment equipment and projects: process design, equipment selection, costing, proposals, contract review, vendor quotes, site reviews, and handoff to operations for project execution.

Manage customer quality and regulatory requests, provide documentation via internal systems and TraceGains, maintain corporate regulatory statements, manage Kosher/Halal certifications, advise on FDA food regulations (21 CFR Part 117), support product registrations, improve the quality management system, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely compliance.

Lead strategic sales growth into the municipal water and wastewater market by developing relationships with utilities, engineers, contractors, and partners; generate proposals and bids; coordinate with engineering, operations, and suppliers; manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and commercialization of new technology; represent company at events and drive long-term account development.

Operate and monitor continuous and batch chemical processes, handle and transfer chemical materials, complete required production and compliance paperwork, perform minor equipment maintenance, follow SOPs and safety regulations, operate forklifts, and participate in required EHS training and emergency response duties.

The Project Engineer manages capital projects including design, equipment specifications, budget development, and compliance with regulatory standards in chemical manufacturing.
