Design electrical and instrumentation systems for water treatment equipment: produce CAD panel and wiring drawings, select hardware, perform QA and wet-cycle testing, assist PLC/HMI programming, support installations/startups, prepare documentation, and liaise with customers and production.

Supports quality oversight across chemical manufacturing operations, packaging, labeling, storage, and shipping. Performs inspections, label and document verification, raw material release, COA preparation, recordkeeping, hold releases, ERP updates, and nonconformance follow-up. Monitors compliance with company procedures, cGMP, safety requirements, and product specifications. Collaborates with quality, operations, sales, customer service, vendors, and customers to resolve quality issues and supports SOP and work-instruction development.

Operates and monitors continuous and batch chemical production processes, including manual and automated equipment. Handles and transfers chemical materials, records operating and quality data, performs minor equipment maintenance, follows SOPs and environmental, health, and safety standards, maintains housekeeping, and supports emergency response activities. The role requires physical work, PPE use, forklift operation, and working around industrial chemicals and machinery.
