Drive high-stakes lead generation and close enterprise deals via cold outreach and events. Manage VIP accounts, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate with operations, and represent the agency at conferences. Track pipeline, meeting and conversion metrics, and support executive-level sales strategy.

Lead and execute Hawke's partnerships and strategic alliances to generate partner-sourced revenue. Source, negotiate, onboard, and manage tech, media, and referral partnerships; run co-marketing/co-selling initiatives; track partnership KPIs; and build a repeatable revenue-generating partnerships channel.

Generate qualified sales opportunities through in-person networking, relationship-building, and community engagement. Qualify prospects, develop referral partnerships, represent the brand at events, maintain pipeline and CRM records, and coordinate handoffs to Business Development Executives to drive revenue growth.

Perform high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, SMS, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify decision-makers, build pipeline, and hand off qualified opportunities to Business Development Executives while maintaining CRM hygiene and meeting aggressive activity and quota metrics.

Lead and scale Hawke's revenue engine by building a high-performing sales organization, executing go-to-market strategy, driving pipeline generation and forecasting, coaching reps, and personally closing strategic enterprise deals to meet aggressive growth targets.

Support and execute brand marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels. Ensure brand consistency, create assets, conduct market research, coordinate meetings, manage confidential information, assist CEO with administrative duties, support event planning, and handle ad hoc projects and vendor coordination.

Manage end-to-end AR, billing, cash application, and month-end close. Execute collections, prepare invoices, reconcile payments, partner across Sales/Client Services, support outsourced accounting, and drive process improvements and SOPs to ensure accurate, timely revenue operations.
