The VP will lead, mentor, and develop a team of two HR professionals and one recruiter and must be comfortable moving between executive-level strategy and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is a practical, business-minded leader who can build for the future while ensuring that the company’s day-to-day People operations remain effective, compliant, and responsive.
