Lead accounting for 10–15 restaurant locations, manage month/quarter/year-end close, prepare financial statements and variance analysis, oversee cash forecasting, internal controls, budgeting, compliance, payroll accounting, and support expansions and audits while partnering with operations and executive leadership.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; build financial models and dashboards; analyze location-level P&L, KPIs, and variances; partner with marketing, supply chain, and restaurant leadership on ROI, inventory, and cost optimization; drive reporting improvements and support new store financial analysis.

Oversee front-of-house guest service, manage reservations and seating, maintain and audit reservation platform (SevenRooms), train hosts, coordinate with kitchen and management, support events and private dining, resolve guest issues, and ensure health and safety standards.

Lead multi-state HR strategy and operations for a growing hospitality group. Oversee employee lifecycle, compliance, compensation, HRIS, workforce analytics, onboarding, training, and employee relations. Partner with executive leadership on expansion, workforce planning, and organizational design while building scalable HR frameworks and processes to support high-volume, multi-unit teams and drive retention and performance.

Lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis for a multi-unit hospitality group. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, accounting close, internal controls, and financial modeling. Partner with operations to manage labor, food, and operating costs, support new openings and acquisitions, and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership while managing and developing the finance team.
