Manage Motek’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling food, lifestyle, team, and grand-opening content; monitoring community interactions; tracking engagement metrics; coordinating promotions and events; and maintaining consistent brand voice and visual identity. The role requires restaurant or hospitality experience, content creation skills, flexible event-related availability, and strong organization and communication.

Supports Motek’s social media presence by planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms. Captures in-restaurant food, team, and behind-the-scenes content; supports grand opening campaigns; responds to community interactions; tracks engagement metrics; and maintains consistent brand voice and visual identity. Coordinates with management and marketing teams around promotions, events, and menu launches.

Oversee daily multi-location restaurant operations, drive service and quality standards, manage financial performance and labor, train and develop management, ensure compliance, resolve guest escalations, and support openings and promotions.
