Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; build financial models and dashboards; analyze location-level P&L, KPIs, and variances; partner with marketing, supply chain, and restaurant leadership on ROI, inventory, and cost optimization; drive reporting improvements and support new store financial analysis.

Oversee guest service operations: manage reservations and SevenRooms, greet and seat guests, resolve complaints, train hosts, coordinate with front-of-house and kitchen, audit reservation systems, support events, and maintain health and safety standards while building guest profiles.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and management roles across multiple restaurant units. Partner with operations leaders to source, screen, and interview candidates, build talent pipelines, manage the ATS, track recruiting metrics, support onboarding, and represent the company at events to attract hospitality talent.
