Oversee daily multi-location restaurant operations, drive service and quality standards, manage financial performance and labor, train and develop management, ensure compliance, resolve guest escalations, and support openings and promotions.

Support HR administrative and operational tasks: assist onboarding and benefits enrollment, maintain employee records, prepare HR event materials and reports, monitor compliance training, answer employee payroll/benefits questions, support engagement programs, and handle confidential information. Collaborate with HR Generalist and Specialist and assist on ad hoc projects. Hourly role requiring strong organization, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and HR experience.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and management roles across multiple restaurant units. Partner with operations leaders to source, screen, and interview candidates, build talent pipelines, manage the ATS, track recruiting metrics, support onboarding, and represent the company at events to attract hospitality talent.
