Leads finance for a multi-unit hospitality group, overseeing FP&A, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, internal controls, tax compliance, and financial systems. Partners with executives and operations leaders to improve profitability, manage costs, support restaurant openings and acquisitions, and guide strategic investments. The role also leads finance and accounting teams and manages relationships with banks, auditors, insurers, and consultants.

Oversee daily multi-location restaurant operations, drive service and quality standards, manage financial performance and labor, train and develop management, ensure compliance, resolve guest escalations, and support openings and promotions.

Support HR administrative and operational tasks: assist onboarding and benefits enrollment, maintain employee records, prepare HR event materials and reports, monitor compliance training, answer employee payroll/benefits questions, support engagement programs, and handle confidential information. Collaborate with HR Generalist and Specialist and assist on ad hoc projects. Hourly role requiring strong organization, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and HR experience.
