Lead program-level procurement for a mega land and infrastructure development in Riyadh. Establish procurement frameworks, sourcing strategies, tendering, supplier management, long-lead item planning, risk mitigation, commercial oversight, and integration with planning, technical, and commercial teams. Provide governance, executive reporting, and drive digital procurement and continuous improvement.

Provides legal and contractual support across engineering, PMC, infrastructure, real estate, and land development projects. Oversee contract administration (FIDIC), program controls, commercial management, quality, HSE, risk, stakeholder coordination, and governance to meet client schedules, budgets, and standards.

Lead program-level technical governance and multidisciplinary integration for a mega land and infrastructure development program. Lead program-level HSE governance for a mega land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh. Establish HSE management systems, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, review HSE plans, conduct audits and incident investigations, monitor HSE performance, support emergency preparedness and occupational health, coordinate with contractors and authorities, and deliver HSE reporting to PMCM Management and the Client.
