Support the Construction Director in contract administration, evaluate contractor claims, monitor cost consultant and procurement, administer change control and interim payments, prepare notices/reports, attend meetings, liaise with employer/contractor consultants, maintain trackers and project records, and perform site-based commercial, contract and procurement tasks.

Manage end-to-end recruitment across Saudi Arabia and MENA: source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for technical, engineering, PMO, and corporate roles; maintain ATS records, build talent pipelines, coordinate with hiring managers, prepare recruitment reports, and support employer branding and mobilization activities.

Support full recruitment cycle: source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, prepare offers and onboarding documents, assist employer branding and career fairs, and perform general HR administrative tasks and reporting.
