Lead program-level procurement for a mega land and infrastructure development in Riyadh. Establish procurement frameworks, sourcing strategies, tendering, supplier management, long-lead item planning, risk mitigation, commercial oversight, and integration with planning, technical, and commercial teams. Provide governance, executive reporting, and drive digital procurement and continuous improvement.

Manages project document control systems, procedures, registers, distribution, filing, revision tracking, and archiving. Coordinates documentation with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring compliance with contractual, quality, and regulatory standards. Supervises and trains document control staff and supports audits and inspections by providing accurate records. The role requires extensive document control experience, proficiency with Aconex or SharePoint, and experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or high-rise projects.

Provides cross-disciplinary site engineering support for civil, roads, drainage, utilities, and landscape construction. Responsibilities include inspections, site supervision, RFIs, submittals, progress reporting, QA/QC monitoring, NCR tracking, coordination with project stakeholders, testing and commissioning support, and close-out documentation. The role requires infrastructure or land development experience, strong documentation skills, and effective English and/or Arabic communication.
