Provide direct support to an individual with developmental disabilities, implementing behavioral interventions, assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, meal preparation, transport, and reinforcing therapies. Maintain respectful, dignity-focused care and complete required web-based documentation.

Provide direct support to an individual with developmental disabilities: assist with daily living, medication administration, meal planning, transport, reinforce therapies, complete web-based documentation, and use behavioral interventions to ensure safety and dignity.

Under the guidance of a certified special education teacher, provide one-on-one or small-group support to school-age students with IEPs. Assist with academics, daily living skills, social/emotional development, mobility and self-care, record IEP data, and support community-based transition activities to increase student independence.

Work under a special education teacher to support school-age students with IEPs. Provide academic, daily living, social/emotional support, assist with self-care and mobility, implement IEP goals, record data, and help transition students to independent adult living.

Provide direct care and habilitation to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities at an ICF/IID. Implement individualized care and behavior plans, teach life and social skills, assist with activities of daily living and medication documentation, perform data collection, use de-escalation techniques, and maintain a safe, supportive environment.

Ensure compliance with state licensing, accreditation, and agency policies; conduct QA audits and site visits across Iowa and Texas; investigate complaints and risks; produce reports with recommendations; assist training development; maintain cooperative relationships with outside agencies to support quality IDD services.

Provide direct support to adults with developmental disabilities in-home and in the community. Assist with daily living skills, transportation, medication administration (as delegated), documentation, household tasks, community integration, and reinforcing therapies. Promote independence, safety, dignity, and timely recordkeeping.

Partner with leadership to manage employee relations for direct care staff: investigate complaints, advise on performance and discipline, develop policies, lead trainings, analyze trends, and ensure legal compliance while supporting organizational change.
